Common use of Documentation of Schedules Clause in Contracts

Documentation of Schedules. a. For Construction contracts, the Contractor must present a work schedule that includes when the LBE/MBE/WBE subcontractors will be utilized at the job site. This schedule is due on or before the pre-construction meeting with the UG and the Project Manager representing Developer. b. For Professional Services contracts, Developer must present a written schedule of when the LBE/MBE/WBE consultants will be working on the Project. This written schedule shall be provided to the UG prior to the Closing (as defined in the Agreement).
