If you do not receive a receipt for a transaction conducted at a CNB ATM, please contact us at (000) 000-0000. Preauthorized Credits If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your account at least once every sixty (60) days from the same person or company, you can check City National Online, our Mobile Banking service, Telephone Banking service, enroll in account alerts or call us at (000) 000-0000 to find out whether the deposit has been made. Periodic Statements We will send you or make available to you online, as you designate, a monthly account statement for your account(s), showing your EFTs and other activity from and to each account. You are responsible to promptly review your statement for accuracy. YOUR LIABILITY You are responsible to us for all damages or liability arising by reason of your failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement as they apply to our consumer EFT services or misrepresentations concerning your use of your Check Card, ATM Card, our City National Online or Mobile Banking services, or other EFT services, to the extent permitted by law. Tell us AT ONCE by calling us toll free at (000) 000-0000 if you believe your Check Card or ATM Card, the card number for either card, your PIN, or your City National Online or Mobile Banking login information or password has been lost or stolen or disclosed to an unauthorized person. Also tell us immediately if any of your accounts have been accessed or an EFT has occurred without your permission. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your account (plus your maximum available overdraft protection). If you tell us within two (2) Business Days, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your card, PIN, or online or mobile login credentials without your permission, or otherwise initiated an unauthorized EFT. If you do NOT tell us within two (2) Business Days after you learn of the loss or theft of your Check Card or ATM Card, PIN, password or online login credentials, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from making an EFT without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. Also, if your statement shows transfers that you did not make, tell us AT ONCE. If you do not tell us within sixty (60) days after the first statement which shows the transfer was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the sixty (60) days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. Documentation of Transactions. Terminal Transfers You Your Cardholders can get receive a receipt copy of ATM and POS Transaction receipts at the time you make the Transaction is originated. You will also receive, on a periodic basis, a statement including the Transactions made on your Designated Accounts. TRANSACTIONS THAT OVERDRAW YOUR ACCOUNT. You understand and agree that we will not approve Transactions that exceed the amount of available funds in the applicable account (including any EFT to or funds available from an overdraft line of credit and/or an automatic overdraft sweep from another deposit account). If an overdraft on your account using does occur, you will pay the full amount of the overdraft to us immediately. USE OF CARD. We monitor your accounts for signs of potential unauthorized use, which could include the use of Card(s) in a manner that is out of the ordinary. Please tell us about travel plans in advance if a Cardholder plans to use a Card in a foreign country or a different state from the address of your Primary Account. Otherwise, it is possible that Card Transactions initiated in another state or a foreign country may be delayed or declined. We may also restrict use of your Card if such use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation, or is identified as presenting a high risk. Please notify us if a Cardholder has travel plans. FEES CHARGE FOR ATM TRANSACTIONS MADE AT NON-KENNEBUNK SAVINGS ATMS. The owner or operator of non-Kennebunk Savings ATMs may charge you a surcharge fee for the use of their ATM (including balance inquiries). Depending on the type of business deposit account you have, Kennebunk Savings may refund you none, all or a portion of surcharge fees charged by the owner/operator each time you conduct an ATM Transaction (including balance inquiries) at a pointnon-of-sale terminalKennebunk Savings ATMs. Please refer to the Service Pricing Schedule. TRANSACTIONS OUTSIDE THE U.S. If you do not receive use your Card to make a receipt Card Transaction in a foreign currency, Visa will convert the Card Transaction amount into U.S. dollars and will assess a currency exchange adjustment charge in the manner set forth in the Visa operating regulations, which provide that the currency exchange rate will be a wholesale market rate selected by Visa or a government-mandated rate in effect one (1) day prior to the processing date. The currency exchange rate in effect on the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the Card Transaction date or the date the Card Transaction is posted. The currency exchange rate used may be the same as, greater than or less than the amount that would be calculated by conversion through a financial institution in the country in which the Card Transaction occurred. OTHER FEES. Please refer to the Service Pricing Schedule. STOP PAYMENT OF PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS. Please refer to the Business Terms and Conditions of Your Account for details about Preauthorized Payments, your Right to Stop Payment and the procedure for stop payment. For Card Transactions, a transaction conducted at preauthorized payment is a CNB ATMrecurring payment that a merchant automatically charges you for goods or services on a prearranged schedule. Please contact the merchant first to stop recurring payment. At the time of stop-payment request to us, please contact us at we must cancel your current Card in order to stop the recurring payment. Once your Card is cancelled, all existing preauthorized (000recurring) 000-0000. Preauthorized Credits If payments you have arranged set up with your Card will also be stopped.
