Documentation Relevant to a Promotion and/or Tenure Case. 13.16.1 If the Library Promotion and Tenure Committee, the Chair, the Associate Xxxx of the Library, or the Xxxx of the University Library receives new information that directly bears on the promotion and/or tenure evaluation, such information must be documented and submitted to all preceding levels in the process and the candidate must be informed. A candidate's access to this new information will be on the same basis as that provided for other information in the file.
