DOCUMENTATION SUBJECT TO AUDIT. All vouchers or invoices presented for payment to be made hereunder, and the books and records upon which said vouchers or invoices are based are subject to audit by the Corporation and also by the City Comptroller (the "Comptroller") pursuant to the powers and responsibilities conferred upon said such office by the Charter and Administrative Code of the City of New York, as well as all orders and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
