Common use of Documentation Verifying HIPAA Compliance Section 164 Clause in Contracts

Documentation Verifying HIPAA Compliance Section 164. 504(e)(2)(ii)(H): Grantee will make its policies, procedures and documentation relating to the security and privacy of protected health information, including EPHI, available to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining DCF’s compliance with 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164. Grantee will make these same policies, procedures and documentation available to DCF or its designee upon request.
