Documenting a Violation. A representative of Unilever shall document the identified violation in an act, audit form, report, prescription, or other form available and appropriate to his authority. The Unilever representative shall make a signed and authorized representative of the Partner, and in case of his/her absence or refusal to sign the Act with the Unilever representatives and send the document to the management of Unilever and the Partner for their information. It is desirable, but not obligatory, to have photographs to prove the Partner's violation.

  • Penalty for Violation The Contractor and any Subcontractor will pay to the State a penalty of sixty dollars ($60) for each worker employed for each calendar day, or portion thereof, that the worker is paid less than the wage rates stipulated in the Prevailing Wage Schedule.

  • Filing a Grievance Grievances may be filed by the Union on behalf of an employee or on behalf of a group of employees. If the Union does so, it will set forth the name of the employee or the names of the group of employees.

  • ALLEGED VIOLATIONS ‌ At its discretion, NRMP will investigate alleged violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to:

  • Notice of Violation On or about August 8, 2020, October 30, 2020, April 29, 2021 and July 21, 2022, Xxxxxxx served Xxxxxx.xxx, Inc. and certain requisite public enforcement agencies with 60- Day Notices of Violation (notice), alleging that Xxxxxx.xxx, Inc. violated Proposition 65 when it failed to warn customers or consumers in California that the Products expose users to lead. To the best of the Parties’ knowledge, no public enforcer has commenced and is diligently prosecuting the allegations set forth in the notice.

  • Repeat Violations Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with all regulatory requirements and acknowledges that repeat violations could result in increased penalties in the future.

  • Reporting Violations a) When appropriate, faculty members will submit timely written communication to their immediate supervisor any condition that comes to their attention that may, in their judgment, pose a threat to the health or safety of any person associated with the District.

  • Third Party Antitrust Violations The Subrecipient hereby assigns to the State of Arizona any claim for overcharges resulting from antitrust violations to the extent that such violations concern materials or services supplied by third parties to Subrecipient toward fulfillment of this Agreement.

  • LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE TRANSACTIONS If We do not properly complete a transaction to or from Your Account according to this Agreement, We will be liable for Your losses or damages. However, We will not be liable if: (a) Your Account does not contain enough available funds to make the transaction through no fault of Ours; (b) the ATM where You are making the transfer does not have enough cash; (c) the terminal was not working properly and You knew about the breakdown when You started the transaction; (d) circumstances beyond Our control prevent the transaction despite reasonable precautions that We have taken; (e) Your Card is retrieved or retained by an ATM;

  • Filing a Complaint If an employee believes that they have been harassed and/or discriminated against on the basis of any prohibited ground of discrimination, there are specific actions that may be taken to put a stop to it. First, request a stop of the unwanted behaviour. Inform the individual that is doing the harassing or the discriminating against you that the behaviour is unwanted and unwelcome. It is advisable to document the events, complete with times, dates, location, witnesses and details. However, it is also understood that some victims of discrimination or harassment are reluctant to confront their harasser or they may fear reprisals from the harasser, lack of support from their work group, or disbelief by their supervisor or others. The incident should be brought to the attention of your Supervisor and/or Committeeperson.

  • Our Liability for Failure to Complete Transactions If we do not properly complete a transaction from your Card on time or in the correct amount according to our Agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be liable, for instance:
