Common use of Documents and Instruments in Satisfactory Form Clause in Contracts

Documents and Instruments in Satisfactory Form. All corporate and other proceedings in connection with this Agreement and with the Merger and all documents and instruments incidental to the Merger shall be reasonably satisfactory in substance and form to the Company and its counsel, and the Company and its counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as they may reasonably request.

Documents and Instruments in Satisfactory Form. All corporate and other proceedings in connection with this Agreement and with the Merger and all documents and instruments incidental incident to the Merger shall be reasonably satisfactory in substance and form to the Company Partnership and its counsel, and the Company Partnership and its counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as they may reasonably request.
