Documents and Samples at Project Site. 3.11.1 Contractor shall maintain one (1) set of As-Built Documents at the Site, which shall be kept up to date on a daily basis during the performance of the Work. All performed changes, deletions or additions in the Work from that shown in the Contract Documents shall be recorded accurately and completely in the Record Documents. Upon Final Completion and as a condition to Final Payment, each sheet of the As-Built Documents and other Record Documents shall be signed and attested to by the Contractor’s Superintendent as being complete and accurate.
