DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE. As soon as practicable, but in any event not later than 90 days after the period covered thereby, the Partnership will make generally available to its security holders and to the Representatives an earnings statement or statements of the Partnership and its subsidiaries which will satisfy the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Act and Rule 158 thereunder.
