Documents Constituting the Bid. The bid prepared by the bidder shall comprise the following components: (a) A Bid Form and a Price Schedule completed in accordance with ITB Clauses 12 and 13; (b) documentary evidence established in accordance with ITB Clause 14 and 15 that the Bidder is eligible and qualified to perform the contract if its bid is accepted; (c) documentary evidence established in accordance with ITB Clause 16 that the goods and ancillary services to be supplied by the Bidder conform to the bidding documents; and (d) Xxxxxxx Money Deposit (EMD) furnished in accordance with ITB Clause 17.
