DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. 13.1 The bid to be prepared by the bidder shall comprise:
(a) Duly filled-in the Form of Bid and Appendix to form of bid;
(b) Bid security;
(c) Priced Bills of Quantities;
(d) Schedules of information
(e) Qualification criteria
(f) Any other materials required to be completed and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders embodied in these bidding documents.
13.2 These Forms, Bills of Quantities and Schedules provided in these bidding documents shall be used without exception (subject to extensions of the Schedules in the same format).
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. The bids prepared by the bidder shall comprise of (1) Technical Bid and (2) Financial Bid:
(a) Duly filled format of Technical Bid as per Chapter – IV.
(b) Copy of constitution or legal status of the bidder manufacturer / Sole proprietorship / firm / agency etc.
(c) Manufacturer Authorization Certificate must be attached by Bidder.
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. The bid shall comprise the following components:
(a) Bid Form and Price Schedule completed in accordance with instruction to bidders (to be submitted along with financial proposal);
(b) Documentary evidence established in accordance with instruction to bidders that the bidder is eligible to bid and is qualified to perform the Contract if its bid is accepted;
(c) Documentary evidence established in accordance with instruction to bidders that the goods to be supplied by the bidder are eligible goods and conform to the bidding documents; and
(d) Bid Security, if any furnished in accordance with instruction to bidders.
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. The bid submitted by the Bidder shall comprise the following: Signed and stamped Contractor’s bid in Section 5 Any other information and documents requested in Section 5. Pricing proposal (as in Section 6) Company Profile and Previous experience (as in Section 7) Additional information on specification of Goods (as in Section 8) Signed and stamped Supplier Ethical Standards Declaration in Section 9 All forms must be completed without any alterations to the format, and no substitutes shall be accepted. All blank spaces shall be filled in with the information requested.
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. The following information must be included in the offer of any potential offeror: ❏ Cover Letter explaining interest to be a contracted vendor or supplier. The content of the cover letter shall include the following information: ❏ A detailed specification of the offered goods, services and/or works ❏ Warranty (if necessary and appropriate) ❏ Delivery time ❏ Price validity date (for this purpose and as stated on the advertisement, quote given shall remain unchanged for 180 working days)
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. The Bid must comprise the following documents:
(a) Bid Submission form;
(b) Price Schedule completed in accordance with the Annexures V, VI and VIII and clause 11 of Instructions to Bidders;
(c) documentary evidence established in accordance with clause 9 of Instructions to Bidders that the Bidder is eligible to and is qualified to perform the contract if its Bid is accepted,
(d) documentary evidence established in accordance with clause 10 of Instructions to Bidders that the goods and ancillary services to be supplied by the Bidder are eligible goods and services and conform to the Bidding Documents;
DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID. 12.1 The bid submitted by the bidder shall comprise the following:
(a) The Bid (in the format indicated in Section 2).
(b) Bid Security;
(c) Priced Bill of Quantities;
(d) Qualification Information Form and Documents; and any other materials required to be completed and submitted by bidders in accordance with these instructions. The documents listed under Sections 2, 4 and 7 of Sub-Clause 8.1 shall be filled in without exception.
12.2 Bidders bidding for this contract together with other contracts stated in the IFB to form a package will so indicate in the bid together with any discounts offered for the award of more than one contract.
