Documents Establishing Goods’ Eligibility and Conformity to Bidding Documents. i. The bidder shall furnish along with Technical Proposal, as part of its bid, documents establishing the eligibility and conformity to the bidding documents of all goods, which the bidder proposes to supply under the Contract. ii. The documentary evidence of the eligibility of the goods as per standards should also be provided.
