Documents from Purchaser. Purchaser's Escrow Agent shall deliver to Selling Shareholders at the closing one or more stock certificates representing in the aggregate the number of shares of ITC Preferred Stock, the Dollar amount of Debentures to which such Selling Shareholders are entitled, to be registered in such names and in such denominations as shall be requested by Selling Shareholders not less than thre (3) business days prior to the Closing Date. The Purchaser's Escrow Agent, after the effective date of the registration is received from the Securities and Exchange Commission shall deliver to the Selling Shareholders the aggregate number of shares of ITC Common Stock to which such Selling Shareholders are entitled, registered in such names and in such denominations as shall be requested by Selling Shareholders.
