The Company has made available to Parent correct and complete copies of all Company Material Contracts, including any material amendments thereto; provided that with respect to clause (xi) and clause (xii) of Section 4.15(a) the obligation to make such Contracts available shall be limited to master service agreements or similar Contracts with such suppliers or customers, as applicable.
