Documents of Further Assurance. Borrower shall, from time to time, upon Lender’s request, execute, deliver, record and furnish such documents as Lender may reasonably deem necessary or desirable to (i) perfect and maintain perfected as valid liens upon the Property, the liens granted by Borrower to Lender under the Security Instrument and the collateral assignments and other security interests under the other Loan Documents as contemplated by this Agreement, (ii) correct any errors of a typographical nature or inconsistencies which may be contained in any of the Loan Documents, and (iii) consummate fully the transaction contemplated under this Agreement.
Documents of Further Assurance. Each Borrower shall, from time to time, upon Lender's request, execute, deliver, record and furnish such documents as Lender may reasonably deem necessary or desirable to (i) perfect and maintain perfected as valid liens upon the Borrower's Project, the liens granted by such Borrower to Lender under the Deed of Trust or Mortgage and the collateral assignments and other security interests under the other Loan Documents as contemplated by this Agreement, (ii) correct any errors of a typographical nature or inconsistencies which may be contained in any of the Loan Documents, and (iii) consummate fully the transactions contemplated under this Agreement.
Documents of Further Assurance. Borrower and Parent Guarantor shall, from time to time, upon the Administrative Agent's request, promptly execute, deliver, record and furnish such documents as the Administrative Agent may reasonably deem necessary to (a) perfect and maintain perfected as valid Liens upon the Collateral the Liens contemplated by this Agreement, (b) correct any mistakes of a typographical nature which may be contained herein or in any of the Loan Documents, (c) replace any Notes or other Loan Documents that may have been misplaced, lost or destroyed (as evidenced by an affidavit to such effect from the holder thereof), (d) acknowledge and confirm the unpaid principal balance of and interest on the Loans and state whether Borrower or Parent Guarantor claim any off-set or defense with respect thereto and (e) consummate fully the transaction contemplated under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Documents of Further Assurance. Borrower will, upon Lender's written request, execute, deliver, record and furnish all documents that Lender reasonably deems necessary to
(a) perfect and maintain perfected the Encumbrances upon the Collateral granted or confirmed in any Restated Loan Document, (b) correct any typographical errors in any of the Restated Loan Documents, or (c) consummate fully the transaction set forth in the Restated Loan Documents.
Documents of Further Assurance. Borrowers shall, upon request of Lender, execute and deliver such further instruments and documents and do such further acts and things as may be reasonably required to provide to Lender the evidence of, and security for, the Loan.
Documents of Further Assurance. All parties to this Agreement shall from time to time execute and deliver all such instruments and documents of further assurance, conveyance, confirmation of title, or otherwise, and will do any and all such acts and things as may be necessary and requested by a party to carry out the obligations of the Mergers and to consummate the transactions contemplated thereby.

Borrower agrees that, at any time or from time to time, upon the written request of Bank, it will execute, and, if required, record (and pay all fees, taxes or other expenses relating thereto) all such further documents and do all such other acts and things as Bank may reasonably request to effectuate the transaction herein contemplated.

Documents of Further Assurance. Borrower will, on request of Lender, from time to time execute, deliver, and furnish documents as may be necessary to undertake the transactions contemplated under this Agreement, as Lender may reasonably request in writing.
Documents of Further Assurance. Each of the Sellers agrees and undertakes that upon any request from Fan, any requested Seller shall immediately sign, acknowledge and deliver to Fan any document or instrument reasonably required to properly evidence the transfer, assignment or conveyance of any of the Asset to Fan.
