Documents Required from Purchaser. 3.1 The Purchaser must complete, sign and return to the Company two (2) executed copies of this Agreement. 3.2 The Purchaser shall complete, sign and return to the Company as soon as possible, on request by the Company, any documents, questionnaires, notices and undertakings as may be required by regulatory authorities, stock exchanges and applicable law.
