Documents to Be Given to Trustee. The Trustee, subject to the provisions of Sections 6.01 and 6.02, shall be entitled to receive and shall be fully protected in relying upon an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel stating that any supplemental indenture executed pursuant to this Article 8 is authorized, permitted and complies with the applicable provisions of this Indenture.
