Domain Name Registration. If Customer submits a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:
Domain Name Registration a. If requested, Applicant will ensure that the domain name registration (Whois) details for all domain names under applicant’s control are accurate and that the registration does not use any privacy service (also known as a proxy service).
b. Applicant consents to LegitScript obtaining, updating and maintaining domain name registration information for any website under Applicant’s control, and that such constitutes a “legitimate purpose” for accessing such records under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or similar privacy laws.
c. If required, applicant agrees to contact their domain name registrar to request that LegitScript be able to query the applicant’s Whois records via Port 43 or such other bulk, highspeed or automated process.
Domain Name Registration. If Customer submits and WOW! accepts a Service Order(s) for domain name registration services available from WOW! or its third party supplier, the following terms shall also apply:
Domain Name Registration. Employee agrees that while working for Company, Employee will give Company the right of first refusal on any Domain names that Employee intends on registering or purchasing. To the extent that Company does not act to register the Domain name then Employee can register the Domain name after seven days from notifying Company of Employee's intent. Employee cannot use these Domain names for any business while working for Company and then is bound by the non-compete restrictions.
Domain Name Registration. 4.1 When a Name SRS Customer chooses to register a domain name, the Customer also accepts and approves the top-level domain’s (the register holder) general Terms and Conditions and agreement. Please contact Name SRS if those Terms and Conditions are not available at the time of registration. Those Terms and Conditions should be accepted at the time of ordering the domain name registration. The Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and following Name SRS’s, as well as the top-level domain’s Terms and Conditions.
4.2 For registration of certain domain names third party assistance is required (see Appendix 1) to be able to fulfill the conditions applicable for some top-level domains. Such third parties may be hired to act as a local contact for a certain domain name. Name SRS are not liable toward the Customer for such third party’s actions, including situations like bankruptcy, being acquired, or when such third party due to negligence causes a personal data breach and Name SRS have not been partly responsible. Name SRS can also not be held accountable for any decisions made by the register holder that could affect the Customer’s domain. Since domain names can be deregistered the Customer accepts the risks which could be associated with these types of registrations. Additional conditions regarding the relationship between the Customer and Name SRS when third parties are used, can be found in a separate agreement provided by Name SRS.
4.3 Name SRS have the right to act as the contact for certain domain names if it is considered appropriate to perform the registration service.
4.4 Name SRS have the right to manage the Customer’s domain name using any register which Name SRS consider being the most appropriate to be able to perform the registration service.
4.5 Name SRS have the right to name our own name servers for a domain name if we find this necessary.
4.6 If the Customer does not use a domain name, Name SRS have the right to repoint it to a parking page administrated by Name SRS.
4.7 The Customer is responsible for making sure that the registration has been made correctly, although a confirmation has been received.
4.8 The Customer is responsible for making sure that any registration of domain names that Name SRS does on its behalf does not infringe upon anyone else’s rights. Domain Name Registration. If member submits a service order(s) for domain name registration services, the following terms shall also apply:
Domain Name Registration. Domain name registrations are for a limited term, until the expiration date. A domain name will be deemed active when the relevant Registry accepts your application and activates your domain name registration or renewal. We cannot guarantee that you will obtain a desired domain name, even if an inquiry indicates that a domain name is available at the time of application. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the domain name registration or renewal process.
Domain Name Registration. (a) If requested by you, we will assist you in the registration of a domain name. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the allocation and administration of domain names and that we cannot guarantee the availability of a domain name or the continued availability same.
(b) Where you have requested us to apply to register a domain name on your behalf, you agree that all information you provide to us in this regard will be true and complete, and you will abide by the terms and conditions of the relevant authority who administers that particular sub-domain.
(c) You agree to pay all of our fees, charges and expenses in this regard in accordance with Part A.
Domain Name Registration. 1) If the requested name is available, Xxxxxxxxxxx will attempt to register and maintain domain names requested and ordered in writing by the customer. Customer shall retain ownership of the registered domain name(s) provided Elliottsweb is paid any outstanding charges associated with any services provided by Elliottsweb or any balance due as a result of the Agreement the Customer signed with Elliottsweb. 2) Elliottsweb reserves the right to change the amount of the domain name registration charges upon thirty (30) days notice to the Customer.
Domain Name Registration. 35.1 You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the registry supplying the domain name, copies of which are available on our website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xx/legal. 35.2 Our role in the registration of a domain name on your behalf is limited to the preparation of necessary documentation and the lodging of the application with the appropriate registry. We do not guarantee that any particular application will be accepted, nor do we accept any liability to you or to any third party for the unavailability of or subsequent loss of, any domain.
35.3 You warrant to us that you have the legal right to the name being registered and that you are not breaching any copyright, trademarks or service marks.
