The Domain Renewal clause outlines the procedures and requirements for extending the registration period of a domain name. Domain Renewal. Exabytes will renew Your Domain provided that:---
a) Exabytes is the delegated domain name administrator, or the appointed reseller or the invoicing party of Your Domain Name at the scheduled time of expiry; and
b) You are, at that time, the owner of the Domain Name; and
c) You request Exabytes to renew the Domain Name; and
d) You have paid for the domain name renewal fee to Exabytes.
Domain Renewal. Domains must be renewed prior to their expiration date to avoid the domain becoming inactive. Multiple notifications are sent to The Customer advising them of upcoming domain renewals starting from 30 days prior to the listed expiry date. Host Geek has no control over keeping the domain active once it has reached its expiry and does not take responsibility for a website becoming inaccessible due to The Customer not renewing their domain.

Domain Renewal. 3.1 SWDconnect will register a domain for a specified period (generally one year).
3.2 Thereafter, the client is solely responsible for ensuring that the domain is renewed at the end of that period, and subsequent periods, until the domain is either cancelled or transferred by the client. This includes domains which have been set to auto-renew. Should the auto-renewal process fail, the onus will be on the client to notify SWDconnect of the failure.
3.3 SWDconnect will endeavor to send a courtesy reminder to the client, such as an SMS, email, or a Portal notification. Such reminders in no way transfer responsibility to SWDconnect for ensuring that the domain is renewed.
3.4 Should this reminder fail to reach the client, or should the reminder fail to be issued, this will not constitute a breach of this agreement, as this is solely performed as a courtesy.
3.5 Clients registering domains must take note of the registration date, and ensure that renewal is effected.
3.6 Clients may manually renew domains by accepting renewal in SWDconnect Portal, or by selecting auto- renewal in SWDconnect Portal and ensuring that this is effected by SWDconnect.
Domain Renewal. You understand that any, and all renewal fees for the domain name is your sole responsibility. GarnetBlue is not responsible for making sure that your information is correct, and that the domain name is renewed prior to its expiration. You agree that GarnetBlue will not be held responsible for cancelled domain names that you fail to renew. It is your responsibility to make sure that all registration information is kept current, including, but not limited to, postal address, email address and contact telephone number. You will alert GarnetBlue of any changes through a signed fax on the company letterhead at 952-214-0208 or by sending an email to ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ In both cases, the subject line must say "ATTENTION Domain Maintenance". If the domain name is not renewed in a timely manner, there may be a Redemption Grace Period available in which you may be able to pay a Redemption Fee to redeem the domain name. The Redemption Grace Period is when the domain name has expired but has not yet been released for others to purchase it. The current Redemption Fee is $160.00 and is subject to change. The Redemption Fee does not cover the cost to renew the domain name. It only covers the cost to remove the domain name from Redemption. GarnetBlue LLC reserves the right to modify any fees, surcharges, and renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Domain Renewal. A registrant can renew the domain name at any time after registration, before or during Redemption Grace Period. A domain name license can be renewed for any period as long as the renewal years requested plus remaining registration duration does not exceed the maximum domain license period set by the domain name registry. For example, if the maximum domain license period for the registry is 10 years, and a registration has 18 months remaining until expiration, and 9 years of renewal are requested, the resulting period would be 10 years and 6 months, which would be rejected by the domain name registry since it exceeds the maximum domain license period of 10 years.

a) Casbay is the delegated domain name administrator, or the appointed reseller or the invoicing party of Your Domain Name at the scheduled time of expiry; and
b) You are, at that time, the owner of the Domain Name; and
c) You request Casbay to renew the Domain Name; and
d) You have paid for the domain name renewal fee to Casbay.
