Domain Renewal. Domains must be renewed prior to their expiration date to avoid the domain becoming inactive. Multiple notifications are sent to The Customer advising them of upcoming domain renewals starting from 30 days prior to the listed expiry date. Host Geek has no control over keeping the domain active once it has reached its expiry and does not take responsibility for a website becoming inaccessible due to The Customer not renewing their domain.

Domain Renewal. You understand that any, and all renewal fees for the domain name is your sole responsibility. GarnetBlue is not responsible for making sure that your information is correct, and that the domain name is renewed prior to its expiration. You agree that GarnetBlue will not be held responsible for cancelled domain names that you fail to renew. The Redemption Grace Period is when the domain name has expired but has not yet been released for others to purchase it. The current Redemption Fee is $160.00 and is subject to change. The Redemption Fee does not cover the cost to renew the domain name. It only covers the cost to remove the domain name from Redemption. GarnetBlue's right to modify fees charged to you GarnetBlue LLC reserves the right to modify any fees, surcharges, and renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
Domain Renewal. A registrant can renew the domain name at any time after registration, before or during Redemption Grace Period. A domain name license can be renewed for any period as long as the renewal years requested plus remaining registration duration does not exceed the maximum domain license period set by the domain name registry. For example, if the maximum domain license period for the registry is 10 years, and a registration has 18 months remaining until expiration, and 9 years of renewal are requested, the resulting period would be 10 years and 6 months, which would be rejected by the domain name registry since it exceeds the maximum domain license period of 10 years.

  • Non-Renewal Any grounds for termination stated in Section 24(c) above also may be grounds for non-renewal. In addition, the State Board or Local Board may elect not to renew the Charter if the petition for renewal does not comply with the Charter Schools Act and the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures promulgated in accordance with the Charter Schools Act or if the State Board or Local Board deems that the Charter School has not sufficiently increased student achievement or is no longer in the public interest.

  • License Renewal Certified participants will be responsible for keeping track of their personal professional development hours for license renewal.

  • Vacating at End of Term; Renewal This Agreement does not automatically renew, and Owner is not obligated to renew it. Owner reserves the right to contract with others for the premises at any time, for occupancy commencing after the End Date. The parties mutually agree that Resident’s tenancy and right of occupancy will end automatically on the End Date and that this provision constitutes notice of termination on the End Date. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason, Resident will immediately vacate and relinquish the bedroom space and entire apartment, and all of Owner’s fixtures, in a clean and sanitary condition, including removing all trash. Resident will pay all utility and service bills to the bedroom space and apartment (except those provided by Owner as specified above) and cancel all utility accounts in the name of Resident. Resident will return to Owner all keys issued to Resident by Owner. If all keys issued to Resident are not returned promptly to Owner, Resident will pay all costs associated with re-keying or reprogramming locks for the bedroom space and/or apartment, along with the cost of key replacement. If Resident fails to vacate the bedroom space and apartment by the end of the Term or upon earlier termination of the Agreement, Resident will pay an administrative fee in the amount of $300.00 plus agreed holdover charges equal to three (3) times the daily pro- rated housing charges during the Term (but not more than the amount provided by law), plus associated expenses, including attorneys’ fees as allowed by law. In no event after termination or expiration of this Agreement will it be deemed to be renewed or extended.

  • Nonrenewal We may elect not to renew this policy. We may do so by delivering to you, or mailing to you at your mailing address shown in the Declarations, written notice at least 30 days before the expiration date of this policy. Proof of mailing will be sufficient proof of notice.

  • Renewal (a) This Agreement will be renewed for successive periods of ten (10) years upon the expiration of the initial Term set forth in Section 4.1 and each successive Term, unless:

  • Term; Renewal Subject to Section 4.02 hereof, this Agreement has a one-year term and shall continue in force until the first anniversary of the date hereof. Embrace® is not responsible for the loss of any information after termination or failure to renew the Agreement on your behalf.
