Domestic Meals. Domestic unreceipted meals will be calculated at the maximum amount for cities as listed in the current GSA CONUS guide. Receipted meals will be reimbursed at actual amounts not to exceed the GSA CONUS amount plus 30% (multiply the GSA CONUS amount by 1.3 and round up to the nearest dollar).
