Common use of Domestic Purchases Clause in Contracts

Domestic Purchases. Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, the Seller shall insure the Products up to the agreed point of delivery and thereafter it will be the Company’s responsibility to insure the said Products.

Domestic Purchases. Unless otherwise stated agreed in writing in the Contract, the Seller shall insure the Products up to the agreed point of delivery and thereafter it will be the Company’s responsibility to insure the said Products.
