Common use of Domestic Water Clause in Contracts

Domestic Water. Cold and warm water is provided to all restrooms in the core of the building via 2 stand-alone, gas-fired hot water heaters in the penthouse. A circulation pump will continuously circulate warm water from the boiler through a vertical plumbing riser in the core of the building. Cold domestic water is stubbed out into lease space on each floor for future tenant use. The hot water side is serviced with a water softener located in the penthouse.
