Common use of Domicilia Clause in Contracts

Domicilia. 12.3.1 Each of the Parties chooses its physical address provided under or in connection with Clause 12.2 (Addresses) as its domicilium citandi et executandi at which documents in legal proceedings in connection with this Agreement may be served. 12.3.2 Any Party may by written notice to the other Parties change its domicilium from time to time to another address, not being a post office box or a poste restante, in South Africa, provided that any such change shall only be effective on the 14th (fourteenth) day after deemed receipt of the notice by the other Parties pursuant to Clause 12.4 (Delivery).
