Donating Sick Time Sample Clauses

Donating Sick Time. An employee may donate accrued and unused sick time to any County employee who has been approved to receive donated sick time as long as the donating employee retains a sick leave balance of at least 37.5 or 40 hours after deduction of the hours offered for donation.
