Common use of Donor Obligations Clause in Contracts

Donor Obligations. a. In consideration of City’s agreement to undertake the Project and to indemnify DONOR against any claims based on the design or construction of the Project, DONOR agrees to contribute in an amount and on a timeline as enumerated in Exhibit A, to City to reimburse the City for Project design, administration and construction costs, whether such costs are incurred prior to or subsequent to the date of this Agreement.
