Email notification will suffice. You are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Your identifying information as well as keeping Us apprised of any changes to Your identifying information. Providing false or inaccurate information, or using the Website or Services to further fraud or unlawful activity is grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.

USER OBLIGATIONS. 5.2.1 Each User shall secure that Protected Information is not: (a) disclosed to any person other than: (i) an officer or employee of the User whose province it is to know the same; or (ii) a professional adviser of or consultant to that User or a User Agent appointed by that User; or (iii) a 10% Affiliate (other than an Affiliate which is the holder of a Gas Transporter's Licence) of that User; or (iv) subject to paragraph 5.2.3, a consumer or a supplier in any such case in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5.4; or (b) used by such User for any purpose other than one expressly contemplated by the Code or any Ancillary Agreement or Siteworks Contract to which such User is party. 5.2.2 GT Section B2.4.1 shall not apply in respect of this paragraph 5. 5.2.3 For the purposes of paragraph 5.2.1(a)(iv) Protected Information relating to a Supply Point may be disclosed to the supplier or consumer to the extent reasonably necessary to enable the conclusion and implementation of a contract of sale to the supplier (where relevant) and a contract of supply to the consumer.

USER OBLIGATIONS. You, as a user of the website or any of its services, agree to the following: -Any information used for registration purposes, if required, must be submitted in an accurate and completed manner; -If any information should change regarding your account, you agree to change it in a timely fashion; -You have the legal capacity to understand, agree with, and comply with this Agreement; -That you are not considered a minor in the jurisdiction where you reside or are accessing the website or its services; -That you will not access the website or its services through the use of bots, scripts, or any other use than the traditional manner as is intended; and -That you will use the website and its services in an authorized and legal manner in accordance with this Agreement. In regard to any of the information submitted by you, if it should be deemed inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the website or account and any future intended use.
USER OBLIGATIONS. Without prejudice to the other obligations provided for herein, Users undertake to comply with the following obligations. Users are solely responsible for their use of the Services. They undertake, in their use of the Services, to comply with the laws and regulations in force and not to infringe the rights of third parties or public order. In particular, they undertake to comply with the regulations applicable to the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. To this end, they undertake to cooperate with LinkCy’s Partner, LinkCy and, where applicable, with Paynovate SA as part of the "Know Your Customer" process. They also undertake not to damage the Application and/or Services in any way whatsoever and not to use it in a way that is not in accordance with its purpose. Users further undertake to fulfill their obligations under the Paynovate SA Framework Contract. Users acknowledge that in the Application they have taken note of the characteristics and constraints, in particular technical constraints, of all the Services. Within the framework of the Services, Users undertake to provide Partner and LinkCy only with information or data of any kind which is accurate, up-to-date and sincere and that is not misleading or likely to mislead. They undertake to update this information so that it always corresponds to the aforementioned criteria. They undertake to provide LinkCy with all the information necessary for the proper performance of the Services and, more generally, to cooperate actively with LinkCy for the proper performance of these GTCU. Users guarantee to LinkCy that they have all the rights and authorizations necessary for the distribution of content of any kind (editorial, graphic or other, including the name) within the framework of the Services. They thus undertake in particular to ensure that such content: ● are not infringing or detrimental to the image of a third party; ● are in no way misleading or likely to mislead Users.
USER OBLIGATIONS. User will at all times keep the Shared Space and User Office Space clean, neat and safe, and in good order and condition. At the end of the Use Period. User is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the use, repair, maintenance and replacement of the User’s Assets.

USER OBLIGATIONS. 2.1 Without prejudice to clause 4 of Schedule 1 (Standard Terms & Conditions), the User: 2.1.1 warrants that it: 2.1.1.1 will provide NielsenIQ Brandbank with its Consumer Units for processing under the Subscription Service at least 15 days prior to the earlier of: (i) the User’s preferred Hatch Date; (ii) the date that the Consumer Unit is due to go ‘live’ with a Data Consumer (either in-store or online); or (iii) the date that the Deliverables are required by a Data Consumer for the purposes of space planning; 2.1.1.2 has the appropriate authority to instruct NielsenIQ Brandbank to create the Deliverables relating to its Consumer Units; and 2.1.1.3 has the appropriate authority to approve the Deliverables relating to its Consumer Units; 2.1.2 subject to paragraph 2.1.3, will approve the Deliverables in the NielsenIQ Brandbank Applications in accordance with the System Approval Terms to ensure that: they are compliant with all applicable laws; all images provided by NielsenIQ Brandbank through the Subscription Service are representative of the relevant Consumer Unit; and all text transcribed by NielsenIQ Brandbank is accurate and consistent with the information on the relevant Consumer Unit;‌ 2.1.3 acknowledges that where it submits Product Information or Deliverables directly for ‘live’ distribution in the NielsenIQ Brandbank Applications (i.e. where the User does not approve the Product Information or Deliverables in accordance with the System Approval Terms), the User will be deemed to have verified and assumed sole responsibility and risk for such Product Information’s, or Deliverables’, accuracy, contents and compliance with all applicable laws; 2.1.4 warrants that it has obtained all necessary licences, consents and approvals (including from any relevant medical body) required for the marketing of each of its Consumer Units; and 2.1.5 hereby grants to NielsenIQ Brandbank and its Affiliates a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide licence to use all IPR in each of its Consumer Units and the Product Information solely in connection with NielsenIQ Brandbank providing any of its Services to NielsenIQ Brandbank clients (including the Merchandising Exchange Service) and its Affiliates’ services to the Affiliates’ clients from time to time.‌ 2.2 The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that NielsenIQ Brandbank shall have no liability to the User or any Data Consumer for its use of the licence granted in paragraph 2.1.5.
USER OBLIGATIONS. 8.1 User shall designate one (1) User representative to serve on the TRX RESX Advisory Group. The named individual will actively participate in meetings, as reasonably scheduled and assist TRX in establishing standards for the use of the service (the initial RESX Advisory Representative being named on Exhibit C). 8.2 User shall designate three (3) Operational Representatives (the initial Operational Representatives being named on Exhibit C) who will be the contact persons through which all support and/or problem communications will be made. User’s Operational Representatives will train and support User’s clients. User may, from time to time, change or add Operational Representatives, which change shall be effective only upon TRX’s receipt of written notice thereof. User shall ensure that any appointed Operational Representative has successfully completed the TRX certification program.
USER OBLIGATIONS. 5.1 The User must ensure that all staff and agents of the User are aware of their obligations under this Agreement, prior to any use of the Pool by the User. 5.2 Ensure that all qualifications required by teachers, instructors, supervisors, coaches and assistants for the safe delivery of the User’s activity have been inspected and are current for the term of this agreement. Which qualifications are required will be determined by the relevant industry body.
