Common use of DPA Financings Clause in Contracts

DPA Financings. The DPA or an Affiliate of the DPA may provide financing in connection with a Project. If financing is provided, the Director may subject the Project to such additional review as the Director deems necessary. The DPA shall provide such other information and documents as requested by the Director regarding the DPA-proposed financing.
