Drafting Ambiguities. Each party to this Lease and its legal counsel have reviewed and revised this Lease. The rule of construction that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party or in favor of the party receiving a particular benefit under an agreement may not be employed in the interpretation of this Lease or any amendment to this Lease.
