Common use of Drag-Along Provision Clause in Contracts

Drag-Along Provision. As a condition to the issuance of any Shares upon exercise of this Warrant, Holder shall execute a counterpart signature page to the Right of First Refusal, Co-Sale and Drag-Along Agreement, dated March 28, 2011, among the Company and the persons or entities listed on Exhibit A and Exhibit B thereto as a Stockholder thereunder for the sole purpose of being bound by the Drag-Along Rights provision contained in Section 5 thereof.
