Drainage Authority Cooperation. Coordination with Drainage Authority staff is expected throughout the drainage proceedings. The Drainage Authority and its staff will cooperate with each Viewer to provide information relevant to the viewing process. The Drainage Authority and its staff shall not impede the viewing process. All coordination with the Drainage Authority and its staff shall occur through the lead viewer, who shall be Xxxxx Xxxxxx.
