Common use of Drainage Public Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Drainage Public Infrastructure. All drainage Public Infrastructure shall be designed and sized according to the City’s development standards to serve the development of the Property and shall accommodate runoff from the upstream drainage area and shall be designed to prevent overloading the capacity of the downstream drainage area.
