Drainage Systems. All drainage systems constructed within the Property shall be owned and maintained by the Owner, its assigns, or one (1) or more Association(s) which may be established for various portions of the Property and the City shall have no responsibility for the construction, operation, or maintenance of such systems. Such systems shall be constructed in compliance with any applicable federal, state, or local requirements, as set forth in the Zoning Regulations.

During construction, stream water would be diverted around the work site and back into the channel. Newly installed culverts will meet 100 year flow (Q100) on perennial streams. Damaged culvert inlets and/or outlets shall be repaired by opening them with a hydraulic jack or cutting off the culvert end to allow for free passage of water at peak flow levels. Install a culvert marker at each newly installed culvert and at each existing culvert that is missing a marker that could be reached by a grader blade.
