Drawdown Limitations. The Borrowers shall not be entitled to obtain a LIBOR Loan which matures after the Maturity Date in respect of the Credit Facility under which the loan is made. The Borrowers shall have no more than six LIBOR Loans in the aggregate outstanding at any time. The availability of LIBOR Loans to the Borrowers shall also be subject to their obligations to make repayments and prepayments of their Outstanding Obligations as provided herein.
Drawdown Limitations. This subsection specifies maximum drawdowns in artesian aquifers. Actual drawdowns permitted by the District pursuant to the Compact with respect to the Tribe or Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, with respect to adjacent landowners may be substantially less than these maximums.
