Common use of Drawing on Deposit/Assurance of Payment Clause in Contracts

Drawing on Deposit/Assurance of Payment. CenturyLink may (but is not obligated to) draw on the letter of credit or cash deposit, as applicable, upon notice to QuantumShift in respect of any amounts to be paid by QuantumShift hereunder that are not paid within thirty (30) calendar days of the date that payment of such amounts is required by this Agreement.
