Drawings and Documents. Subject to Article 3, drawings and documents or copies thereof required for the Project shall be exchanged between the parties on a reciprocal basis. Documents prepared by the Engineer for the Client may be used by the Client, for the Project herein described, including "record” drawings. Subject to Article 1.5, the Client has ownership of the drawings and the client indemnifies the Engineer for unauthorized use of the documents and deliverables.
Drawings and Documents. Drawings and documents or copies thereof required for the Project shall be exchanged between the parties on a reciprocal basis. Documents prepared by the Consultant for the Town may be used by the Town for the Project herein described, and the Town has ownership of any such drawings and documents. To the extent called for, the Consultant shall cooperate, assist, and collaborate with any other Consultant or third party to incorporate these drawings and documents into any larger or comparable document package applicable to the overall Project.
Drawings and Documents. The Seller shall provide to the Buyer:
A. In the case of manufacturing category MC-4, appropriate drawings, reports, guidelines, manuals, programs, software, and data which are described in the XXXXX and the MATTP for assembly of the DFC Components into DFC Modules;
B. All drawings, manuals and reports shall be complete, neat and legible, for the purpose of their use to permit adequate review, and operation as applicable;
C. All drawings, manuals and reports shall be in accordance with the Specifications provided in Appendix A.
Drawings and Documents. Contractor shall make reasonable efforts to secure electronically formatted drawings and documents from all Subcontractors. When electronic formatting as noted in Sections 1.5.3 and 1.5.4, is not obtainable due to Subcontractor policies or procedures then Contractor shall have such materials scanned and submitted in portable document format (*.pdf).
Drawings and Documents. Consultant shall carry out the review work indicated in Section 4 of RFP document (page 8 to 12) based on the drawings provided by the Employer.
Drawings and Documents. 4.1 The Independent Engineer shall undertake a detailed review of the Drawings to be furnished by the Developer. The Independent Engineer shall complete such review and send its comments/observations and the Developer within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of such Drawings. In particular, such comments shall specify the conformity or otherwise of such Drawings with the Scope of the Project and Specifications and Standards.
4.2 The Independent Engineer shall review any modified Drawings or supporting Documents sent to it by the Developer and furnish its comments within 7 (seven) days of receiving such Drawings or Documents.
4.3 The Independent Engineer shall review the detailed design, construction methodology, quality assurance procedures and the procurement, engineering and construction time schedule sent to it by the Developer and furnish its comments within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt thereof.
Drawings and Documents. Architect/Consultant shall carry out the review work indicated in Section 4 of RFP document based on the drawings provided by the Employer.
Drawings and Documents. The design and drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, calculations and similar documents and models (the “Material”) for the Works (in so far as they have been produced by the Contractor) may be used and copied free of charge for any purposes related to the Works including, but without limitation, the construction, completion, maintenance, modification, sale letting, promotion, advertisement, re-instatement, refurbishment, repair and extension of the Works and the Contractor grants the Funder/Beneficiary a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence of the Material for this purpose and the right to grant sub-licences of the Material.
Drawings and Documents. The drawings accompanying the bid document (if any) are of indicative nature and issued for bidding purpose only. Purpose of these drawing is to enable the bidder to make an offer in line with the requirements of the Company. However, no extra claim whatsoever, shall be entertained for variation in the "Approved for Construction" and “Bid document drawings" regarding any 89 Modular Package Contract 2
Drawings and Documents. 3.1 Offers, project plans, and drawings, descriptions, illustrations etc. pertaining thereto are our intellectual property and shall neither be duplicated or copied by any method or process, nor made available to third parties in any manner; and they shall not be used to produce any goods or components thereof without authorization. They shall be returned to us immediately upon request if the order is not fulfilled.
