Drawings and Documents. Subject to Article 3, drawings and documents or copies thereof required for the Project shall be exchanged between the parties on a reciprocal basis. Documents prepared by the Engineer for the Client may be used by the Client, for the Project herein described, including "record” drawings. Subject to Article 1.5, the Client has ownership of the drawings and the client indemnifies the Engineer for unauthorized use of the documents and deliverables.

Drawings and Documents. ‌ Drawings and documents or copies thereof required for the Project shall be exchanged between the parties on a reciprocal basis. Documents prepared by the Consultant for the Town may be used by the Town for the Project herein described, and the Town has ownership of any such drawings and documents. To the extent called for, the Consultant shall cooperate, assist, and collaborate with any other Consultant or third party to incorporate these drawings and documents into any larger or comparable document package applicable to the overall Project.
Drawings and Documents. The Seller shall provide to the Buyer: A. In the case of manufacturing category MC-4, appropriate drawings, reports, guidelines, manuals, programs, software, and data which are described in the XXXXX and the MATTP for assembly of the DFC Components into DFC Modules; B. Drawings and Documents. The design and drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, calculations and similar documents and models (the “Material”) for the Works (in so far as they have been produced by the Contractor) may be used and copied free of charge for any purposes related to the Works including, but without limitation, the construction, completion, maintenance, modification, sale letting, promotion, advertisement, re-instatement, refurbishment, repair and extension of the Works and the Contractor grants the Funder/Beneficiary a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence of the Material for this purpose and the right to grant sub-licences of the Material.
