Drawl of Samples. In case of tests, wherever feasible, samples shall be drawn in four sets in the presence of supplier/ bidder/ selected bidder or his authorised representative and properly sealed in their presence. Once such set shall be given to them, one or two will be sent to the laboratories and/ or testing house and the third or fourth will be retained in the office for reference and record.
