Common use of DRE to Be Party Clause in Contracts

DRE to Be Party. Within 30 days of Notice from both States of their respective Concurrence with an Affirmative Determination, a non-federal DRE, if any, shall execute and become a Party to this Settlement, and shall be fully bound by the terms of this Settlement without any further act, approval, or authorization by the Parties. If the DRE fails to execute and become a Party to this Settlement, the Secretary will designate another DRE.
