Data to Be Provided. In order for the Operator to perform the Services described in the Service Agreement, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached as Exhibit B.
Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 6.02 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including:
(a) the nature of the change;
(b) the date on which the Employer proposes to effect the changes;
(c) the approximate number, type, and location of the faculty members likely to be affected by the change;
(d) the effects the change may be expected to have on the faculty members working conditions, terms of employment, and security of employment;
(e) all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on faculty members.
Data to Be Provided. In order to perform the Services described in this Article and Exhibit “A”, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 17.2 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including:
(a) The nature of the technological change.
(b) The date on which the College proposes to effect the technological change.
(c) The approximate number, type and location of employees likely to be affected by the technological change.
(d) The effects the technological change may be expected to have on the employee's working conditions and terms of employment.
(e) All other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on employees.
(f) Draft changes and additions to the Collective Agreement (see Article 17.6).
Data to Be Provided a. The notice of intent to introduce a technological change shall contain:
i. the nature of the change;
ii. the date on which the Board proposes to effect the change;
iii. the approximate number, type and location of Association members likely to be affected by the change;
iv. the effects the change may be expected to have on Association members' working conditions and terms of employment;
v. all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on Association members.
b. The Board shall update this information as new developments arise and modifications are made.
Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 23.2 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including:
(a) the nature of the change;
(b) the date on which the Municipality proposes to effect the change;
(c) the approximate number, type, and location of employees likely to be affected by the change;
(d) the effects the change may be expected to have on the employees' working conditions and terms of employment;
(e) all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on employees;
(f) draft changes and additions to the collective agreement (see 23.6).
Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 35.02 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including:
Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 37.02 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including:
37.03.1 the nature of the change;
37.03.2 the date on which the University proposes to effect the change;
37.03.3 the approximate number, type and location of Regular Faculty Members likely to be affected by the change;
37.03.4 the effects the change may be expected to have on their working conditions and terms of employment;
37.03.5 all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on Regular Faculty Members.
Data to Be Provided. In order to perform the Services described in the Service Agreement, LEA shall provide the categories of data described below or as indicated in the Schedule of Data, attached hereto as Attachment “1”.
Data to Be Provided. The notice and description mentioned in 20.02 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including:
(a) the nature of the change;
(b) the date on which the Company proposes to effect the change;
(c) the approximate number, type and location of the employee or employees likely to be affected by the change;
(d) the effects the change may be expected to have on the employee's or employees' working conditions, terms of employment, and security of employment;
(e) all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on the employee or employees.
