Data to Be Provided. In order for the Operator to perform the Services described in the Service Agreement, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached as Exhibit B.

Data to Be Provided. The notice mentioned in Article 6.02 shall be given in writing and shall contain pertinent data, including: (a) the nature of the change; (b) the date on which the Employer proposes to effect the changes; (c) the approximate number, type, and location of the faculty members likely to be affected by the change; (d) the effects the change may be expected to have on the faculty members working conditions, terms of employment, and security of employment; (e) all other pertinent data relating to the anticipated effects on faculty members.
