Common use of Driveway Standards Clause in Contracts

Driveway Standards. All driveway ramps shall be constructed in accordance with the Township’s servicing standards and shall be paved from the traveled portion of the street allowance to the concrete sidewalks as part of the municipal services described in Schedule “G” attached hereto. Where no sidewalk is to be provided, such ramps shall be paved from the traveled portion of the street allowance to the front lot line.

Driveway Standards. All driveway ramps shall be constructed in accordance with the Township’s servicing standards and shall be paved from flush with the traveled portion back of the street allowance to the concrete sidewalks as part of the municipal services described in Schedule “G” attached heretocurb and sidewalk. Where no sidewalk is to be provided, such Driveway ramps shall be paved from the traveled portion of the street allowance to the front lot lineline as part of the municipal services described in Schedule “G” attached hereto.

Where no sidewalk is to be provided, such ramps shall be paved or concreted from the traveled portion of the street allowance to the front lot line. The cost to install the driveway ramps shall be at the sole cost of the Developer.
