Common use of Driving Fatigue Clause in Contracts

Driving Fatigue. If an employee is required to drive distances that are over two (2) hours in duration, the employee is to take a fifteen minute rest break after each two (2) hour period of driving. Each rest break will be paid at the applicable rate being paid to the employee whilst driving.
