Common use of Drug-Free and Smoke-Free Workplace Clause in Contracts

Drug-Free and Smoke-Free Workplace. The County of Volusia is a drug-free and smoke-free workplace. Contractor agrees that its personnel and the personnel of each of its Subcontractors agree to adhere to the County’s policies on drug-free and smoke-free work place during the term of this Contract.
