Common use of Drug Free Workplace Compliance Clause in Contracts

Drug Free Workplace Compliance. Grantee hereby certifies that it shall provide a drug-free workplace in compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, as amended. Further, there shall be a provision mandating compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, as amended, in any contracts executed by and between Grantee and any third parties funded using Grant Funds under this Agreement in accordance with FAR 23.500 et seq.

Further, in any contracts executed by and between Grantee and any third parties funded using Grant Funds under this Agreement there shall be a provision mandating compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, as amended, in any contracts executed by and between Grantee and any third parties funded using Grant Funds under this Agreement in accordance with 48 FAR 23.500 part 23.500, et seq, and 48 CFR part 52.223-6.
