CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor will be the State of Louisiana’s casualty insurance broker-of-record and shall develop and place the most effective and cost-efficient insurance coverage, and provide a range of consulting services associated with the program. The Contractor will provide brokerage and consulting services to assist ORM in fulfilling its critical role to ensure proper protection of the State’s assets and activities on behalf of the State’s citizens and taxpayers. The Contractor will develop re-structuring program options, market the coverage, present ORM with competitive quotes with recommendations, and place and service the coverage. The current casualty program consists of coverage for general, professional, and media liability encompassing all State Agencies and various professional obligations. Coverage of the Louisiana Superdome and SMG is part of this program, carrying its own segregated policies. Related coverages and services may be added to each program at any time during the contract period and the Contractor must handle all additions.
CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. ICF agrees to serve as Louisiana’s Road Home Housing Manager, acting as the State’s agent to operate Housing Assistance Centers, conduct outreach, accept and process applications for financial assistance, verify applicants’ eligibility, determine amounts of assistance in accordance with State guidelines, provide advisory services to property owners, negotiate purchases and sales of properties, assist the State in handling land title issues, create/maintain a comprehensive management information system, develop and provide a process for mediation of disputes between vendors and homeowners, and perform other duties as required to manage the program and comply with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and contractual requirements (the “Project”).

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Retention of Services The Company hereby retains the services of Employee, and Employee agrees to furnish such services, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

  • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within the Vendor’s Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.
