Common use of Drug-Free Workplace Clause in Contracts

Drug-Free Workplace. Contractor must provide a drug-free workplace in accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act, as applicable. For the purposes of this Section, “drug-free” means a worksite at which employees are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance. H-GAC may request a copy of this policy.
