Drug˗Free Workplace Program. The Board and employees will participate in the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Drug˗Free Workplace Program, provided that the District’s teachers’ union agrees to participate in such program. Implementation of the program will begin at the time agreed to by the Board and the teachers’ union.
