Drywall Compound Clause Samples
The 'Drywall Compound' clause defines the requirements and standards for the type and application of drywall compound used in a construction project. Drywall Compound. Effective May 3, 2004, the Employer shall not charge more than fourteen dollars and fifty cents ($14.50) plus Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound. Effective May 1, 2005, the Employer shall not charge more than fifteen dollars and fifty cents ($15.50) plus Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound. Effective May 1, 2006, the Employer shall not charge more than sixteen dollars and fifty cents ($16.50) plus Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound.
Drywall Compound. Effective May 1, 2016, the rate for compound charged to the subcontractor by the employer shall reflect the manufacturers’ list increase/ decrease that occurred during the previous calendar year, not to exceed $1.00 per year. Such increase/decrease shall be applied to the 2015 charge of eighteen dol- lars and ninety-four cents ($18.94) plus Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for a box of drywall compound.
