Common use of Drywall Compound Clause in Contracts

Drywall Compound. Effective May 6, 2013, the Employer shall not charge more than eighteen dollars and twenty-one cents ($18.21) plus Harmonized Sales Tax (H.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound. Effective May 5, 2014, the Employer shall not charge more than eighteen dollars and fifty-seven cents ($18.57) plus Harmonized Sales Tax (H.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound. Effective May 4, 2015, the Employer shall not charge more than eighteen dollars and ninety-four cents ($18.94) plus Harmonized Sales Tax (H.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound.
