Common use of Drywall Compound Clause in Contracts

Drywall Compound. Effective May 3, 2004, the Employer shall not charge more than fourteen dollars and fifty cents ($14.50) plus Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound. Effective May 1, 2005, the Employer shall not charge more than fifteen dollars and fifty cents ($15.50) plus Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound. Effective May 1, 2006, the Employer shall not charge more than sixteen dollars and fifty cents ($16.50) plus Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.) for a box of drywall compound.
