Dual Certification Allowance. The Parties agree that an employee who holds two BC Trades’ certifications and is assigned duties related to both trades, is eligible for the bonus rate of $2.50 per hour. The Manager of Facilities shall confirm that the qualifications and duties of an employee quality them for the bonus rate.
