DUE DATE AND TIMELINES. 14.3.1. All due dates, deadlines and timelines in this Statement of Work are measured in calendar days unless specifically stated otherwise. Additionally, all due dates, deadlines and timelines in this Contract, based on quarters, refer to state fiscal year calendar quarters, with the first quarter beginning on July 1st of each year. In the event that any due date or deadline falls on a weekend, a Department holiday or other day the Department is closed, the due date or deadline shall be automatically extended to the next business day the Department is open.
