Due Execution and Delivery of Operative Documents. The Operative Documents executed by the Lessee have been duly executed and delivered (or recorded or filed, as the case may be) by the Lessee, and, in each case, constitute its legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against it in accordance with each such Operative Document of its respective terms, except as enforcement may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other laws relating to or limiting creditors' rights generally or by equitable principles generally.
